Streamlined logging of package arrivals

Delivery personnel can make use of the WizzPass check-in kiosk to easily self-log a delivery for an employee at your workplace. Delivery personnel just select the delivery company they represent, select the recipient’s name and take a photo of the package (optional) to log the package.

Delivery notification automatically sent to employee

Once a delivery personnel has submitted the delivery through the WizzPass check-in kiosk, the recipient will automatically be notified of their delivery through Email and SMS. All details of the package will be shown to the recipient, including the delivery company, the image of the package, time & date of delivery, and the desk/location where the package has been dropped off.

Ease the burden on reception and mailroom staff

Because the WizzPass system automatically notifies the host, it relieves the burden on receptionists to contact and follow up with employees to collect their parcels. Receptionists and administrators can see a real-time view of all uncollected packages and once the employee collects their package the receptionist can simply select the employee and mark the package as “collected”.

Real-time insights and control

The search function allows admins to view deliveries for a specific day, month or date range, or to search for a specific employee’s delivery. Admins also have the ability to manually add, edit or delete a delivery, and can add any additional comments if required which will then also notify the recipient automatically.
