Parking access linked to tenants

The security officer will select which tenant the driver is visiting, and will then scan the driver and/or vehicle. This means that all visitor and vehicle reporting is linked to a tenant.

Driver’s license scanning

If the visitor does not have a parking booking, in some cases security procedures may still allow for the visitor to enter the parking area. In such scenarios the security officer can use the same handheld device to scan the barcode of the driver’s license and their personal details will be captured on the system.

Vehicle disk scanning

In some cases, security procedures may require the vehicle license disk to also be scanned. In such scenarios the security officer can also use the same handheld device to scan the vehicle license disk and the details of the vehicle will also be captured on the system. If the driver’s license has also been scanned, then the driver and vehicle details will be linked on the system.

Capture additional info

Capture additional information according to your requirements, such as the number of occupants in the vehicle or the access card number given to the visitor.

Parking booking verification & host notification

If applicable to the building, visitors can be pre-booked for parking. On arrival, the security officer can search for the first 4 letters of the visitor’s name, email address, or reference number. If the visitor has a booking, their details will appear and the security officer can see if they have a parking-booking for that day, and an automatic email and/or SMS notification is sent to the visitor’s host informing them of their visitor’s arrival.

Linked to reception dashboard

Once a visitor enters the parking area, receptionists (and building managers) are able to see a real-time list of visitors that have entered the parking area on the Visitor Dashboard, and who their tenant/host is – allowing them to prepare for the visitor’s arrival at the reception area and enabling them to greet the visitor by name. Visitor reporting combines the visitor’s parking and reception entry and exit times into one complete and secure visitor access system.

The WizzPass Self check-in tablets at reception can also pre-populate the visitor’s details that were captured at the parking entrance – taking away the need for visitor’s to input their details twice to get into the building, saving time and improving convenience.
