Required Account Data

We collect some personal data from you so that you can make use of WizzPass. We don’t ask for more data than we need in order to provide our Services to you. The minimum personal data required for us to deliver our Services includes:

 

  • Your email address (never revealed to other WizzPass users)
  • Your full name
  • Your mobile number
  • A password (never revealed to anyone)

 

Additional data

  • Transaction information, such as details about your parking history (date, duration, car park and value).
  • Feedback and correspondence, such as information you provide when you report a problem with our Services, receive customer support or otherwise correspond with us.
  • Marketing information, such as your preferences for receiving marketing communications and details about how you engage with them.

 

WizzPass White-Label Visitor Management Solution

Required Account Data

Information that you may provide through our white label visitor solution may include:

 

  • Your full name
  • Your email address
  • Your mobile number
  • Your ID/Passport number
  • Your picture
  • A password (never revealed to anyone)
  • Your company name
  • Your reason for visit.

 

Indirect Data

 

Additionally, we will collect indirect information about you as part of providing our Services to you as part of our legitimate interest in delivering our Services and running our business. This information is used to help improve the WizzPass website and mobile application, analyze trends, and administer the website and mobile application.

 

This information that we may collect includes:

 

  • The name of the Internet service provider and the Internet Protocol (IP) address through which you access the Internet;
  • The date and time you access the WizzPass website or mobile application;
  • The pages that you access while on the website or mobile application and where applicable, the Internet address of the website from which you linked directly to the WizzPass site.

How to change or delete the informaiton we hold about you

The easiest way to change your information is to log into the WizzPass App and edit your account settings.

If you can’t log into your account for any reason, please contact our help desk at support@wizzpass.com and we’ll help you.

 

If you wish to delete your WizzPass account, contact our help desk at support@wizzpass.com and we’ll help you to delete your account.

 

If you make a request to delete your personal data the request will be honored only to the extent it is no longer required for our legitimate business purposes or legal or contractual record keeping requirements.

 

You can stop all collection of information by the Application(s) by uninstalling the Application(s). You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

 

Your rights

At any point while we are in possession of or processing your personal data, you, the data subject, have the following rights:

Right of access – you have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you.

Right of rectification – you have a right to correct data that we hold about you that is inaccurate or incomplete.

Right to be forgotten – in certain circumstances you can ask for the data we hold about you to be erased from our records.

Right to restriction of processing – where certain conditions apply to have a right to restrict the processing.
